We had a positive experience when we visited the EL AL Airlines Miami Office. My spouse and I went there to inquire about flight information and upgrades. Our helper was a very kind and courteous woman. She helped us switch seats at no additional cost and provided us with all the information we required. There was a calm atmosphere, and the office was tidy. We had the impression that professionals were taking care of us. I'm happy we chose to go in person.
