My family and I recently visited the Kenya Airways Hong Kong Office. In order to confirm the details of our reservation, we needed help. The staff was friendly and very supportive. They took their time to clarify things and make sure everything was in order. The staff was very understanding and made sure to explain things in simple terms to my father, who doesn't speak much English. We didn't have to spend a lot of time in their clean, comfortable workplace.
