In order to change our flight dates, my aunt and I went to the Air New Zealand Denver Office. Although we were nervous, the personnel made the entire procedure quite easy. They were really good at what they did, polite, and amiable. We were astounded by how quickly they handled our request and made sure we were satisfied. It was a clean, comfortable, and friendly office. It was nice to speak with someone face-to-face and have the issue quickly fixed.
