Once when business is combined with pleasure, the result is awesome. Yes, agreed that business and pleasure are two separate things but if both are mixed in the right proportions then the resultant can be great. In the same way when a serious thing like business is done in a casual manner then doing business becomes a pleasurable experience and with lesser tensions. What I suggest is that we do not need the business fashion to be that white collar affair and that formal that it becomes a punishment to the participant. But rather we should make it a more casual affair to make everyone relax and do good business. I suggest that business meetings to be held in a more casual way and the official dress code should also be a very casual one. A well formally dressed businessman is no match to a business man in jeans and T-shirt, the later is being more casual and free to talk and express his ideas about the subject. So I will be morte than happy to design casual outfits for a business meeting.
