I went to the Southwest Airlines New York Office with a friend to fix a ticket issue, and the staff was fantastic! They handled everything with professionalism and a smile, and the agent made sure we understood all the changes. The office was clean and had a relaxed seating area, and it's obvious that Southwest values its customers. I will definitely use them again for my next trip!
