I went to the Virgin Atlantic Barcelona Office with a couple of friends to ask some travel-related questions. A few items confused us, but the personnel gave us thorough explanations. Everybody was welcoming and took their time helping us without hurrying. The visit was enhanced by the office's coziness and quietness. Speaking with someone face-to-face rather than depending on websites was such a pleasant difference. We departed with a sense of assurance and preparedness for our journey.
