Together with my pals, I visited the Cathay Pacific Washington Office to inquire about baggage regulations and the status of our trip. The staff was professional and polite. The visit was pleasant because they assisted us in a composed and kind manner. They addressed all of our questions, and we never felt hurried. The workplace itself had a calm atmosphere and was easy to locate. We were pleased with the assistance we had received and felt content when we left.
