My family and I had an amazing time at the EL AL Airlines Beijing Office. Our flight date needed to be changed, and the office staff was able to assist us without any issues. They were composed, understanding, and patient. The office space was tidy and welcoming. Additionally, we inquired about baggage policies, and they provided clear explanations. We were pleased with the way things were handled. It made us feel like we were in good hands.
