During a recent family vacation through Orlando International Airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the Orlando Airport Smoking Area was. As someone who enjoys a cigarette during long layovers but doesn’t want to stray too far from the gate while traveling with kids, this was a much-needed convenience. Located in a clearly marked area outside the terminal, the smoking section was easy to find and well-maintained. What stood out to me most was how clean the space was.

Traveling with family can be hectic, especially during long layovers. During our recent trip through Newark Liberty International Airport , the clearly marked Newark Airport Smoking Area provided a much-needed break. As a family with mixed needs, it was helpful that I could step outside quickly while my partner stayed with the kids in the seating area nearby. The designated Newark Airport outside Terminal B was clean and spacious, with ashtrays and benches that made the short break comfortable.
