In order to receive assistance with our travel arrangements, my family and I went to the Cathay Pacific Washington Office. We wanted to make sure everything was in order before our big vacation to Asia. The staff was helpful, friendly, and patient. They took their time answering all of our inquiries. Speaking with someone face-to-face felt fantastic. They even inquired about our dining preferences and assisted us in finding better seats. Everything was completed cheerfully and swiftly.
My family and I had a great day at the Cathay Pacific Tokyo Office. We had some reservations because it was our first time flying with Cathay Pacific. The employees smiled as they welcomed us and politely addressed all of our inquiries. In addition to offering advice on seat selection, they assisted us in reviewing our travel paperwork. Everything was carried out in a very systematic manner. The actual office was tidy and cozy. It was a very enjoyable encounter.
